Rasp is built and maintained by a small independent team. We read everything sent to us, though we cannot always reply quickly.
Reporting a conversion that failed
This is the most useful kind of message we receive. Because files are processed on your device, we cannot see what went wrong, so please include:
- Which tool you were using
- The browser and operating system, including version
- The source file's format and approximate size
- Any error message shown
Please do not attach the file itself. The entire point of this site is that your documents stay with you, and that principle does not stop at our inbox. If a file is needed to reproduce a problem, we will discuss it with you first.
Requesting a tool
Tell us what conversion you need and what you are trying to accomplish. We can only build tools that are possible to run entirely in a browser, but that covers more than most people expect.
